ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES
January 3, 2013 5:45 p.m.

Chairman Clapper called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
1. Appl 07-63P, LCB Assisted Living Facility – Proposed architectural changes for the approved site plan for an 80 unit (66,156 sf) assisted living facility on property located on the northeasterly corner of Deming Street and Buckland Road, GD zone
Peter DeMallie of Design Professional, Pat Malin with Buildable Sites LLC and Anthony Vivirito, Architect with TAT were present to review changes to the architecture.
Mr. DeMallie reviewed the history of the approval which dates back to 2007. The original applicant sold this approval to LCB Senior Living LLC and they will be owners of the facility. The changes to the facade to be presented are minor in nature. All other aspects of the site improvements remain the same.
Mr. Vivirito discussed the changes. They are proposing to use a harty-plank material for the exterior finish and have two shades of tan/cobblestone that will be used. The roof will be a light colored asphalt architectural shingle that will compliment the colors chosen. Mr. Vivirito presented a sample board of the materials and colors. The other changes included modifications to the rooflines of the front façade.
The Committee discussed the proposal. They indicated that they were pleased the architecture and plans as presented.
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 PM.
